Mr. Roberts, upon separating from the retail insurance industry in 2010, established his consulting firm that very same year. His focus is these three (3) distinct areas of his insurance consulting practice:
- Teaching continuing education (CE) classes for licensed agents & brokers on a national level
- Providing sales coaching, sales training and sales management services to agencies and insurance carriers
- Expert witness work focusing on an agent/broker’s “standard of care” as well as multiple insurance coverage topics, including agricultural insurance (specialty)
The topics that Casey teaches for CE (he is also the content provider and coverage writer) include multiple Commercial Insurance topics (liability and property coverages, cyber, commercial auto, business income, workers’ compensation, inland marine, specialty coverages (EPLI, Professional, etc.) farm & agribusiness topics). In addition, he addresses virtually all Personal Lines topics from auto and homeowners to boats, high valued items and related issues.
