Marjorie Segale began her career as a commercial insurance broker in Northern California and currently acts as a risk and insurance consultant with more than thirty -five years of experience in this field. She provides a wide variety of risk and insurance consulting services to commercial enterprises, insurance agents, brokers as well as insurance companies, public entities and risk-sharing pools. Marjorie has conducted hundreds of technical seminars on insurance and risk across the US and Canada for a variety of organizations, including the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America, their California affiliate, IIABCal, the Insurance Journal, the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors and her own company, Insurance Community University. In addition, Marjorie acts as an expert witness and expert consultant to attorneys involved in insurance-related litigation. Marjorie is a member of the American Association of Insurance Management Consultants (AAIMCo). She currently works with her clients in many parts of the country from her home-base in Southern California.
