Joan Deimling has over thirty years’ experience in the insurance industry in policy rating, customer service and claims. She has been responsible for the supervision of policy issuance, commercial rating both liability and property as well as worker’s compensation and customer service. Joan’s customer service knowledge and skill set benefits clients in managing customer accounts and office management.
Joan has adjusted insurance claims under Homeowners, Farm/Ranch, Flood, Commercial Property and Third-Party Liability policies. As a result, she has extensive coverage and policy forms knowledge to assist her clients in facilitating claims and identifying risks.

Joan has earned both the CPCU designation, the CLU designation and ARM designation. She is a licensed claim adjuster in Texas and Kentucky. Joan also maintains agency licenses in Texas, Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana. Joan has been active in industry organizations serving in the role of chapter treasurer, president and chair of All-Industry day and nationally on committees of budget/finance and professional experience resource.
