Craig’s responsibilities at State Auto also included leadership of the technical insurance coverage training portion of the company’s long-established and award-winning PaceSetter producer training program. In cooperation with the company’s corporate claim area, Craig served as State Auto’s designated representative in litigation involving commercial insurance coverage. He was also charged with management of State Auto’s own corporate property-casualty insurance portfolio. He retired from State Auto in May, 2016 and established Andrews Risk Advisory one month later.
On January 1, 2018, Craig was very pleased to join Malecki Deimling Nielander & Associates, LLC.
